Full Job Description

  • Has significant experience in communications, marketing or PR, ideally in an education, public sector or not-for-profit setting.
  • Has proven track record of developing and delivering communications strategies across complex organisations.
  • Is an outstanding writer and storyteller, able to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging messages.
  • Brings strong digital expertise, including website management, social media and analytics.
  • Has experience of media handling and sensitive communications, including reputational risk or incident response.
  • Can build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust are currently seeking a Communications Manager to lead and develop a high-impact communications and engagement strategy across our Trust. This is a pivotal role, influencing how we tell our story, strengthen our reputation, and support our schools to achieve their ambitions.
