Are you a strategic, hands-on communications professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and shaping messages that land with impact across a global workforce? We're hiring a Communications Manager 12 month contractor basis to support high-profile internal and external communications for senior executives within a global agrichemical organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, HR and Corporate Communications, with real influence during a period of transformation. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting executive positioning for global leaders through town halls, social content, presentations and thought leadership
- Leading communications and change support for HR and Finance transformation initiatives
- Turning complex business and scientific topics into clear, engaging stories
- Creating high-quality content: exec presentations, videos, posts, briefings and employee messages
- Collaborating across regions and functions to deliver joined-up communications and engagement activity
- Supporting global virtual events and employee engagement programmes
3+ years' experience in communications, public affairs or agency roles - Strong executive-level writing and storytelling skills
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent judgement and discretion
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment
- Experience in regulated, scientific or technical industries is a plus (not essential)
