Communications Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Communications Lead to join our Trust of seven Primary Schools in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about education and understands the power of effective storytelling, engagement and brand promotion. As our Communications Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting the Trust's identity, celebrating achievements across our schools, and ensuring consistent communication with pupils, parents, staff, governors and the wider community. You will be responsible for leading our communications strategy, maintaining a strong digital presence, creating engaging content, and ensuring our Trust's vision, values and successes are effectively communicated across all channels.

• Knowledge and skills in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience using design software.
