Are you passionate about transforming services and putting customers at the heart of everything you do? The Customer Experience Programme is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving change across Birmingham City Council. This programme is central to our ambition to deliver excellent customer service for everyone in Birmingham. We're redesigning services, consolidating support functions, improving customer experience, driving channel shift, efficient customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Whether it's through smarter use of data, more joined-up services, or human-centred design, we're committed to making every interaction with the council efficient, consistent, and customer-focused.
