Full Job Description

Provide efficient administrative, coordination and content-support across the Communications & Engagement Directorate, enabling timely delivery of campaigns, events and staff communications. The post-holder will:

  • Support colleagues across internal, external, digital and engagement teams with day-today activities and administration.
  • Draft basic content for web, intranet and social media under supervision.
  • Assist with event and campaign delivery and evaluation.
  • Maintain team trackers, diaries and procurement records.
  • In addition to these core responsibilities, the post-holder will contribute to cross-portfolio activity across media, digital, internal and engagement functions, supporting a flexible and integrated Communications & Engagement service for the Bristol NHS Group.
  • This is a developmental entry-level role, suitable for individuals beginning a communications career or for those seeking to broaden their experience across different functions.,
