What You'll Do

  • Managing the Internal Comms mailbox, responding to queries and passing questions to the wider team when needed
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events, helping to encourage attendance and gather feedback
  • Taking the lead on managing some of our internal channels, sourcing and updating content and suggesting improvements
  • Working closely with Senior Internal Communications Officers to understand what different teams need and help achieve communications goals
  • Supporting evaluation methods and overall reporting


Training Outcome

Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
