Full Job Description
We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join our Communications and Sales team., The Communications Assistant will support the Communications and Sales Team in the delivery of marketing and press campaigns across all of the Lyric's shows and activities.
They will assist in administrative duties to support the team in completing work for the Lyric's Main House programming, such as liaising with external stakeholders to design show programmes, handling media requests and distributing press materials, and overseeing the maintenance of front of house marketing collateral such as signage and flyers.
With the support of the Senior Marketing Manager, they will lead on campaign delivery for the Lyric's Saturday and Half-Term Studio family shows from point of on-sale to completion. They will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure webpages are maintained and updated according to the Lyric's programme of work. They will work alongside the rest of Communications Team to develop audiences for all work undertaken by the Lyric on and off stage, Hackney Empire is looking for a highly organised, proactive and collaborative Programme & Projects Coordinator to join our Programming team., We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of strategic marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow audiences and strengthen Hackney Empire's profile and reputation., To assist the effective management and the smooth running of the Orchestra of Opera North. As well as playing a crucial role in the orchestral support team in the running of rehearsals, concerts, tours and recording sessions in the UK., The Stage Technician is a key member of Derby Theatre's Production & Technical team, supporting the delivery of produced and visiting productions, learning projects, and events to the highest standards., To support the day-to-day delivery and management of all lighting and electrical requirements for Donmar productions and related projects to the highest possible standards. To play a proactive part in the running and operation of the Production Department, the Deputy Head of Lighting will also, in conjunction with colleagues within the department
