Core Duties: Develop and deliver employee communications campaigns to influence behavioural and cultural change across our Sector as we embark on an unprecedented growth journey Provide strategic advice and support to senior stakeholders on effective employee communication strategies and approaches Work collaboratively to develop a structured and coordinated content strategy for our Sector Support the development, delivery and evaluation of our overarching Maritime and Land Communications plan Engage with internal audiences and stakeholders to proactively enhance the outcomes we deliver Support the delivery of change and transformation initiatives across the business Collaborate closely with colleagues within and beyond the, focused on producing central content for the Maritime and Land sector as well as partnering with our functions and Lines of Business - Submarines and Naval Ships - to successfully engage with our Maritime and Land colleagues in a strategic and engaging way .
