Full Job Description
Provide one-to-one support for a learner with Special Educational Needs, including communication difficulties, autism, and other learning needs.
Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.
Support students in developing social and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team to implement individual support plans.
Promote inclusion and positive learning experiences for all students.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Communication Support Worker to join our team and provide tailored support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Further Education setting. You will play a vital role in enabling students to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.
