You will take a leading role in shaping and delivering large-scale transformation programmes across People's Services. Working at the heart of strategy and delivery, you will translate ambitious policy and reform into practical, high-impact solutions that improve outcomes for residents and ensure value for money. You'll: - Play a key role in commissioning and transformation across SEND, Health Partnerships and Adult Social Care.
- Lead high-profile commissioning and transformation programmes that make a real difference

- Work in partnership with colleagues, the Integrated Care Board, and the voluntary sector to design joined-up solutions
