Full Job Description
We are seeking a Commissioning and Quality Officer to support the delivery of high-quality services for children and young people. You will play a key role in quality assurance, performance monitoring, contract management and service improvement, helping ensure services are safe, effective and deliver strong outcomes.,
- Monitor provider performance, quality and contract compliance
- Lead quality assurance activity including audits and reviews
- Identify and manage risk, safeguarding and regulatory issues
- Maintain oversight of the CQT Risk Register
- Work with providers to drive continuous improvement (high support / high challenge)
- Contribute to commissioning activity, including service development and specifications
- Use data and intelligence to support decision-making and improvement
You will have experience in commissioning, quality assurance, contract management or performance within children's services (or similar), with: - Knowledge of Ofsted regulations across varied services and safeguarding frameworks
- Experience of developing and implementing Quality Improvement tools, systems, frameworks that support the development of impactful provision.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Confidence to challenge and support providers
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
