• Provider and Market Management: Build and maintain relationships with providers. Monitor their performance to ensure services meet regulatory standards, like those set by the Care Quality Commission.


• Financial and Contract Oversight: Manage budgets effectively by negotiating rates and ensuring compliance with procurement legislation such as the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, care managers, local authorities, and partners including NHS England to coordinate effective service delivery.


• Compliance and Governance: Ensure placements adhere to relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014 while maintaining clear audit trails and safeguarding standards.
