• Support the service team in delivering high-quality food and beverage service
• Assist with table set-up, ensuring all areas meet presentation and cleanliness standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a polished dining environment
• Support food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
• Replenish supplies and maintain organisation of service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt assistance where required
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, following clean-as-you-go practices
• Assist in ensuring all safety, hygiene and company policies are followed
