What you will do: Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment is beneficial Friendly, approachable and professional manner
