Commis Pastry Chef - Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

As a Commis Pastry Chef you will assist with the food production in the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring high standards are followed, so to delight our guests. You will work as part of a large team, who are committed to deliver the service standards and high level of food production.

We are looking for someone who has a 2AA Rosette or Michelin

• background and who is talented, creative and have a genuine passion for food. The role would suit someone who is looking to further develop his knowledge and skill.
