Your purpose will be: Your purpose will be to work alongside a brigade of talented chefs to create exceptional quality dishes for our colleagues at Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere You will be responsible for
preparing ingredients, managing mise en place, and executing dishes during service to uphold our distinctive culinary standards. In addition, you will support the kitchen team wherever you are needed most, helping to maintain smooth service and strong teamwork throughout each shift. Job Description Following the recipes and preparing the mise en place, to ensure the quality and consistency of our exceptional cuisine for our colleagues Enhancing our offering by sharing your fresh ideas and recipes Learning and complying with the food hygiene, health & safety policies of the hotel, for the safety of our guests and team Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, through daily tasks such as stock taking and cleaning records Playing an active part in our team by attending kitchen briefings and hotel meetings as requested by your leader Reporting any problems you identify to your leader, and always looking for ways to do things better Please note that we believe in flexibility and, You will work with a team of chefs to prepare high-quality dishes for colleagues while maintaining kitchen standards. Responsibilities include managing mise en place, following recipes, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

A confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization. Proven organizational skills, works well on their own.
