Full Job Description
- Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
- Support service during busy periods, maintaining speed and consistency.
- Help with stock rotation, storage, and labelling.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
- Follow food safety procedures and HACCP requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Support with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Minimise waste and help maintain an organised workspace.
Patty & Pickle is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our small kitchen team. We serve a focused menu of quality burgers, sides, and house-made products, with an emphasis on consistency, freshness, and great food. This is a casual role with regular hours available, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment and wants to develop their kitchen skills within a close-knit team., - Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
