Full Job Description

Take ownership of your designated section and ensure it operates efficiently during service.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Minimise waste and support effective portion control.
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
Knowledge about Italian products and recipes is preferred.
Passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay from £12.71 per hour plus tronc.
