We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and progress within a supportive and professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian and Mediterranean dishes
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes prepared
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  
  A genuine passion for food, especially Italian & Mediterranean cuisine
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Basic kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
