Commis Chef Apprenticeship

Introduction

The position is a full-time roll, to include prep, hygiene and service within the company, both at Melmerby and other venues across the UK.

About the Employer

• Yorkshire Party Company is the North’s premier event catering company.
• We prepare all of the food at our base unit in Melmerby, Ripon.
• We cover the whole country for event catering and visit some amazing venues for any type of event from 500 at a cathedral to an intimate dinner party in a private house.

What You'll Do

• A chance to work in some of the finest houses and event venues in the country, producing high-end food for our clients
• There is the chance to work with some amazing chefs who join us for events and prep. We are all constantly learning from each other and improving what we offer
