Full Job Description

  • Underwriting and negotiating new and/or existing Agricultural business within your authority
  • Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement
  • Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
  • Representing our brand at broker meeting, industry events and field visits as needed

    Experience either working in Underwriting from a Commercial or Personal Lines background or experience of agricultural insurance from a claims or underwriting background.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy
  • Existing Broker relationships would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers
