Full Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial & Supplier Administrator to provide essential commercial support to a prestigious contract, working closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency. The role plays a key part in maintaining pricing integrity, managing supplier interactions and supporting day-to-day commercial activities.,
- Manage and complete the daily review of the Business Case Register, including raising business cases on behalf of the Operations team
- Raise purchase orders following business case approval and support the raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Track order completion, receipt of works and close business cases once completed
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing from the supply chain and support the management of supplier spend
- Support the Commercial, Supplier and Operations teams in reviewing quotes and challenging suppliers where required, including Schedule of Rates (SORs)
- Liaise daily with Operations and Finance teams to resolve commercial queries alongside the line manager
- Assist with pricing new opportunities and managing current contract price changes, including reviewing and improving commercial and pricing models
- Support the review of RAMS, standing instructions and supplier certification, including competencies, insurance documents, SAWDs and documentation for low-risk works
We are looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail who can confidently manage business cases, purchase orders and supplier documentation, while identifying opportunities to maximise operational synergies and uphold high commercial standards., Proactive, flexible and willing approach - Self-motivated team player
- Strong understanding of client businesses and operational drivers
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, particularly with customers and internal teams
