• Lead complex procurement projects from strategy through to contract award.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies.
• Provide expert commercial advice to services and senior stakeholders.
• Lead contract management improvement and supplier performance activities.
• Analyse markets and spend data to identify opportunities and risks.
