• Lead procurement exercises for goods, services and works.
• Prepare tender documentation and undertake evaluations.
• Provide commercial advice and support to service areas.
• Support effective contract and supplier management.
• Analyse spend, market and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and Council policies.
