Commercial Solicitor

What you'll be doing: You'll be will be working collaboratively as One Team with our other commercial lawyers, with a blend of work you'll be responsible for and matters for which you'll be supporting or supported by other lawyers.
• You'll be responsible for review, drafting and negotiating contracts for a wide range of services and products.
• You'll advise on a range of commercial law matters such as consumer law, supply chain & logistics, regulatory and compliance, marketing, data protection and intellectual property.
• You will have plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges, develop professionally and learn from our more senior lawyers.
• You'll work closely with management and key stakeholders across the business.
  
  The role is well suited to qualified lawyers with about 1 to 3 years' PQE gained at a well-regarded law firm or business, as well as Newly Qualified lawyers with sufficient commercial experience to demonstrate the skills, judgement and enthusiasm needed for the role.
Candidates with considerable experience managing contracts who are currently working towards SQE or CILEX qualification and who can demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role will also be considered.
• Previous in-house experience and exposure to the travel and aviation sectors are not essential, but would be an advantage.
• You'll have experience with dealing with commercial contracts.
• You'll have a passion for leaning and problem solving.
• You'll have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You'll also be rigorous but commercial and have excellent attention to detail.
