Commercial Pricing Manager

+ The successful candidate will lead the development of costing, pricing and profitability models, support contract negotiations with private medical insurers, undertake market benchmarking and competitor analysis, and provide strategic insight to senior stakeholders.
+ You will help evaluate new services and commercial opportunities, ensuring prices remain competitive, financially sustainable, and accurately reflected within billing and contract management systems.
+ We are seeking an individual with strong private healthcare awareness and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable recommendations.
+ You will work closely with finance, operational, clinical and business development teams, as well as consultants, insurers and other external partners, building effective relationships and influencing decision-making across the organisation.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills are essential.
