Full Job Description
This is a senior and highly impactful role responsible for leading safeguarding and behaviour standards across grassroots football in Lincolnshire., Lead safeguarding delivery in line with FA Safeguarding 365 standards
Manage safeguarding concerns, referrals, and case management processes
Work closely with statutory agencies and safeguarding partners
Deliver guidance, training, and support to clubs and welfare officers
Monitor compliance and safeguarding activity across grassroots football
Lead initiatives to improve behaviour and respect within the game
Use data and insight to inform safeguarding and behaviour strategies
Support embedding safeguarding and equality across all football activity, The Commercial Officer will support the growth and sustainability of the Lincolnshire FA through partnership development, sponsorship, and commercial activity.
You will help generate new revenue opportunities, manage existing partnerships, and build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders., Identify and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Manage and service existing commercial partners
Attend networking events and represent Lincolnshire FA
Support creation of proposals, presentations, and sponsorship packages
Maintain accurate CRM and partnership records
Contribute to commercial income generation and growth
Support delivery of partnership rights and activation
Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience
Confidence managing sensitive and complex cases
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion
Experience in sport or volunteer-based environments (desirable), Confident in networking and relationship building
Highly organised and proactive
Strong in communication and administration
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Interested in sport, business development, and community impact
Lincolnshire Football Association is recruiting for two key roles that will help shape the future of grassroots football across the county, supporting delivery of the The Football Association's Grassroots Football Strategy and strengthening the game for players, volunteers, and communities across Lincolnshire.
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who want to make a real difference in football and community sport., You will ensure football is safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone, while leading safeguarding operations in line with FA policy and statutory guidance. You will also drive initiatives that improve matchday behaviour and promote positive football environments across the county.
