Commercial Manager PMI

As a Commercial Manager PMI, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening our relationships with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) partners. You will take ownership of a designated insurer account, driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, while also supporting the management of one of our larger strategic insurer relationships. As our Commercial Manager PMI, you will:

• Own and manage a designated PMI account, taking responsibility for relationship management, retention, revenue growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Support the management of a major insurer relationship, delivering day-to-day account activity and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue across Nuffield Health's Hospital and Physiotherapy service lines, supporting delivery of portfolio targets.
• Manage service performance, customer feedback, and escalations, working with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute customer and market insight to support product development, commercial initiatives, tender activity, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Digital, and Clinical teams.
  
  Experience in account management, commercial relationship management, or business development, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or a similarly service environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships while delivering revenue growth and commercial objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
