profile
Extensive experience managing MEP packages on
large-scale, complex projects, including multi-discipline
coordination, budget optimisation, and technical oversight across
diverse buildings and infrastructure
developments.
Full project lifecycle expertise from pre-contract
through to post-contract stages, with a strong strategic mindset
and the ability to interpret data to guide business direction,
ensuring seamless transitions between project phases while
maintaining cost control, quality standards, and alignment with
organisational objectives.
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying,
Commercial Management, or a related discipline, complemented by
professional certifications and continuous professional development
in relevant industry standards, procurement methodologies, and
contract administration practices.

mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) systems alongside
advanced building technologies. The project presents an opportunity

We are looking for an experienced MEP
Commercial Manager to join our team and take a
leading role in managing the commercial performance of the MEP
packages throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the
project leadership team, MEP delivery teams, consultants and supply
chain partners, you will be responsible for driving commercial
performance, managing contractual obligations and ensuring
effective cost control across the MEP works.
