Full Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth across print, digital, events and medical education products.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Develop commercially effective solutions tailored to client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the Associate Publisher to support commercial growth across the portfolio.
  • Build relationships with clients, associations and industry contacts to increase market visibility.
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing and production teams to deliver successful campaigns on time.
  • Contribute ideas for new commercial opportunities, products and client partnerships.
  • Manage your pipeline and workload effectively to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Attend industry meetings and events across the UK when required.

    Experience selling solutions and working towards commercial targets.
  • Confidence building relationships and managing client accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to developing business opportunities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working cross-functionally with different teams.
