Full Job Description

BDO is seeking a skilled lawyer to review, draft and negotiate complex supplier contracts across SaaS, AI, and professional services. You will advise on cloud, data hosting and cyber security, and act as a subject matter expert in Data Protection, AI and/or IP.
You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with procurement, data protection and cyber security professionals to ensure compliant, commercially sound contracting. Flexible agile working is available within the team.
