  • Significant experience in commercial, strategy, propositions or partnerships roles within technology, telecommunications, content or adjacent sectors
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new ventures or ecosystem-based propositions
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning P&L and building robust commercial business cases
  • Advanced analytical capability, including hands-on financial modelling and performance analysis
  • Senior stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to influence and present at executive level
  • The other stuff we are looking for
  • Experience working across emerging verticals such as smart home, health or energy
  • Background in fast-paced, ambiguous or entrepreneurial environments
  • Line management experience or a strong interest in leading and developing teams
  • Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent Experience representing a business externally with strategic partners or at industry forums

    This is a senior commercial leadership role where you'll shape and scale the next generation of Virgin Media O 's growth. As Commercial Lead for Ecosystem and New Ventures, you'll own the strategic development of new products and propositions beyond our core connectivity services, taking bold ideas from concept through to launch and scale. You'll play a pivotal role in building new revenue streams that help us win the household, working at the forefront of innovation across emerging verticals such as smart home, health and energy. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you'll lead a portfolio of new ventures with full P&L accountability, combining strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution. You'll work cross-functionally across product, finance, channels and supply chain, and partner closely with leading technology companies to bring differentiated ecosystem offerings to market.
