Commercial Insurance Claims Adjuster

Maintain accurate and timely records in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Support continuous improvement by providing feedback and contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the claims process and customer experience. Qualifications Solid technical claims handling experience, ideally across multiple lines of business. Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service within a claims environment. Practical and common-sense approach to resolving claims and customer issues. Sound understanding of the insurance/reinsurance market (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
