Full Job Description
An established building services contractor is seeking experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to support a growing portfolio of commercial and public sector contracts across Central London. Multiple positions available across Central London. The Role Duties will include:
- Commercial gas PPMs
- Reactive breakdowns
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Call outs and emergency repairs
- Quoted works
- Minor installation works
- Commissioning works where required Sites Include
- Schools
- Universities
- NHS sites
- Council buildings
- Student accommodation
- Care and extra care facilities
Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications - Proven experience within commercial environments
- Strong service and maintenance background
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- PASMA/IPAF advantageous
Package £20.00 - £25.00 per hour Company van and fuel card Gas analyser provided Standard hand tools supplied Paid travel time (30 mins deducted each way) 20 days holiday Company pension Death in service benefit Significant overtime opportunities Overtime rates at 1.25x / 1.5x
