Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3-18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. The Commercial Director role brings together the current development, enterprise, and global education operations under single leadership. Working closely with admissions and marketing, the role will drive revenue growth and reinforce the School's position in the community and broader landscape.

• Proven experience in commercial leadership, revenue growth, or business development within a service-oriented organization.


• Experience may include roles in independent schools, membership organizations, hospitality, professional services, or other educational settings.
