In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational direction of all commercial functions, including business development, referrals and conversion, contracts, tenders and customer management. You will lead the full commercial lifecycle, ensuring sustainable occupancy, income growth and strong, trusted relationships with commissioners, while enabling the organisation to respond effectively to market demand. Working closely with the CEO, COO and Executive Team, you will act as a senior commercial adviser, providing insight on market conditions, income risks and growth opportunities. You will set the direction for commercial strategy,
ensuring decision-making is evidence-based, aligned to organisational priorities and underpinned by strong governanc, As a Commercial Director at Elysium Healthcare, you will be leading the commercial strategy at scale, influencing executive decision-making and fostering sustainable growth within the healthcare organization. Your key responsibilities will involve directing the strategic and operational facets of commercial functions such as business development, referrals, contracts, and tenders. You will oversee the commercial lifecycle, ensuring strong relationships with commissioners and growth across critical service lines including Mental Health and Neuro services. The position requires close collaboration with top executives to provide market insights and risk assessments, aiming for a cohesive commercial strategy aligned with organizational priorities. This role also demands robust processes for improving performance and handling complex negotiations while ensuring high-quality contractual management and income assurance. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading high-performing teams to
sustain growth and align with the companys long-term strategy.
