  • Ensuring the efficient handling of customer service approvals, payment-related queries, and business processes.
  • Provide commercial and administrative support to other Customer Service teams as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with Customer Service teams, engineers, finance departments, and other business functions.
  • Process and manage customer service approvals in accordance with approved authority levels and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

    Experience working within a customer service, administrative, or commercial support environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
  • Show initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
