Full Job Description

At Aston Martin, we are driven by a passion for excellence, innovation and performance. Within our Marketing and Communications function, the Data Analytics & CRM Performance team plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision making across the business.
We are looking for a Commercial Analytics Developer to join this team and help shape how data is used to drive commercial success. This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear visibility of marketing and commercial performance.
You will play a key part in building a self-service analytics environment, empowering teams to explore insights independently, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing data-driven culture where insights directly influence business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will design and develop engaging, user-friendly dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life. Your work will help stakeholders understand performance across areas such as sales, revenue trends, customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
You will translate business requirements into effective BI solutions, building reporting frameworks that support both commercial and marketing KPIs. The role involves ensuring dashboards are intuitive, scalable and aligned to user needs, while also enabling teams across the business to carry out their own analysis with confidence.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will support performance tracking, diagnostics and strategic decision making. You will also collaborate with data engineering, CRM and IT teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy and robust KPI definitions, while contributing to data governance and reporting standards.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in analytics, dashboard development or business intelligence, with a particular strength in Tableau. Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools would also be beneficial.
You will have a proven track record of designing front-end reporting solutions that meet the needs of business users and deliver clear, actionable insights.
You will have a solid understanding of data modelling and KPI frameworks, alongside experience working with commercial or marketing performance metrics. The ability to translate complex data into meaningful, easy-to-understand insights is essential, as is confidence in engaging with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
Experience working with cloud data platforms and an understanding of data structures such as Salesforce would be advantageous. Exposure to CRM and marketing analytics, or experience within a premium, luxury or automotive environment, would also be beneficial.
Why Join Aston Martin
You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working at the intersection of data, technology and commercial strategy. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping how data is used across the organisation, while developing your skills in a dynamic and high-performance environment.
