Strong career progression as demonstrated by our track record in promoting from within, as we believe this is a key driver of our success, The Commercial Analyst will support ongoing enhancements and the execution of existing processes, implement new systems and oversee their performance, as well as managing training and feedback during the rollout. Commercial assurance will be a crucial aspect of your daily responsibilities, making sure our teams adhere to established procedures and providing reports to monitor commercial performance across the business., Oversee the implementation of new processes, ensuring all colleagues receive comprehensive training and support. Continuously monitor process performance and collect feedback to evaluate effectiveness. Provide ongoing assistance and training to ensure users remain confident and proficient.
Delivering timely commercial reports as required and using the data to provide insights and opportunities for improvement.
Administrator of commercial systems- FastDraft, DocuSign and Payment App.
Commercial assurance: identify, validate and manage risks associated with the commercial processes.
Manage, track and revise the commercial templates and reporting.
Contract Management and Tracking
Maintain a strong relationship with your internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate clearly to all levels of the business.
Communicate complex Commercial subjects and data in clear and concise way to the business.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in commercial processes and tools.
Explore and implement new commercial strategies that support sustainable outcomes.
Challenge and recommend actions to achieve and improve efficiency and create an environment of outperformance.
Accountable for continued personal development.
Ensuring training is provided throughout the team for new processes and systems and provide support as well as the opportunities for feedback.
Provide commercial guidance and mentorship to the wider business
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
Ensure completion of a full Induction to H&S in accordance with Company policies, procedures, standards &/or guidance.
Ensure adherence to safe working practices including completing audits in line with schedule.
Monitor and maintain compliance with the Working Time Directive.
Ensure you are compliant with the use of mandatory safety monitoring equipment, near miss reporting and compliance with the company procedures.
Maintain H&S standards to enable a zero-accident culture.
Actively work with your team, line manager and the H&S Team to improve upon H&S procedures where possible.
Report all near misses through the appropriate channel to prevent future accidents.
Educated to higher education in a relevant subject
Knowledge of NEC Contracts
Ability to challenge constructively
Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve 'win-win'
Proven experience in an analytical role
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Experience of working within a commercial framework
Extensive IT knowledge, including advanced MS Excel skills
