Full Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. The position involves building relationships with a wide range of B2B clients - from sole traders to CEOs of large organisations - and working closely with the Branch Manager to reach business objectives.,
- Build and maintain rapport with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings.
- Provide consultative advice to clients, fully understanding requirements and presenting suitable products and solutions.
- Drive a 'path to yes' approach, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for clients.
Experience winning new business and building long-lasting B2B relationships. - Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings.
- Tenacity, business curiosity and a proactive mindset to explore new opportunities.
- Strong consultative, questioning and listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
