Full Job Description
Are you a disciplined leader with a passion for developing young talent? Leigh Stationers' Academy is looking for a dynamic School Staff Instructor (SSI) to be the backbone of our Combined Cadet Force (CCF). If you have the grit of a Combined Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV) and the heart of a mentor, we want you on our team.
As the SSI, you aren't just an administrator; you are the standard-bearer. You'll work alongside the Contingent Commander to ensure our cadets thrive in a safe, high-energy environment.
You will need to:
Manage the Westminster database, security clearances, and recruitment.
Oversee the MOD loan stores, grants, and the CCF budget.
Draft expert risk assessments and ensure every drill or exercise is compliant and secure.
Keep the unit "spit and polish" for Biennial and Security inspections.
