Are You an Organised Individual looking for a new challenge in Administration? Support our Student Experience as a College Services Assistant. As a College Services Assistant at Ashford College you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team. In the role of College Services Assistant your role responsibilities will also include assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams and enquiries on the corporate data systems and to help with the operation of the Service Help Desk including reviewing the jobs logged, contacting the appropriate support service and the co-ordinating of pool vehicle bookings. Alongside our priority of excellent student experience, we also focus on our employees., We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to our team at Ashford. At the heart of the College, the team are based in an open office so you will need to have the ability to focus on tasks alongside answering calls and dealing with queries. Your duties will include:
- Working collaboratively with staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting the processing of all incoming curriculum applications for the upcoming academic year and current short courses
- Contributing to a range of college processes, including: + Daily running of reception + General administration + Timetabling + Student enrolment + Maintenance of student records + Exams administration
- Working accurately and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
