As a College Services Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering effective and efficient administrative support as part of our busy College Support Services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries using corporate data systems
• Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Service Help Desk
• Reviewing and monitoring logged jobs and liaising with the appropriate support teams
• Coordinating pool vehicle bookings and helping ensure services run smoothly
• Contributing to a professional, organised, and student-focused college environment
