Chintemani Brasserie, a new high-end casual dining restaurant blending Mediterranean flavours, is set to open in April 2026. We are seeking a talented and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our opening team and help us establish an exceptional bar experience. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be instrumental in creating an inviting and dynamic bar atmosphere. You will craft exquisite cocktails, engage with guests, and contribute to the smooth operation of our bar, reflecting our commitment to quality and unique flavours.,

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classic recipes and our signature creations, with precision and flair.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, making recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  
  Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume or high-end setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail techniques, and current beverage trends.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for hospitality.
