Co-ordinators - Warm Homes Single Point of Contact

The Warm Homes Single Point of Contact (SPoC) provides a single, trusted access point for residents experiencing fuel poverty, cold homes, damp and mould, or the wider health and wellbeing impacts of living in an unsuitable home environment. The service is open to all Cambridgeshire households, regardless of age or circumstances.

The Warm Homes Co-ordinators will triage referrals, undertake holistic, person-centred assessments and act as the named point of contact for residents.

The postholder will actively manage a caseload, making warm referrals into energy efficiency, financial, housing, health and community support, following up to ensure support has been received and recording outcomes.
