Co-Head of Advisory Portfolio Analytics

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Co-Head of Advisory Portfolio Analytics to help shape the strategic direction of our global portfolio analytics capability.,

• Set the strategic direction for the global Advisory Portfolio Analytics team and develop innovative analytical frameworks and tools in collaboration with BlackRock and the Aladdin Wealth team.
• Lead the integration of investment content, portfolio analytics and stress-scenario capabilities into the advisory client journey.
• Oversee business-as-usual portfolio analytics, including data-quality reviews, root-cause investigations and resolution of operational issues affecting booking centres and front-office teams.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for model validation and enhancement across existing and new investment products, working with product, modelling and platform teams.
• Collaborate with Product, COO, Transformation, IT, Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to improve advisory processes, platform stability and user experience.
• Build a collaborative culture of analytical excellence by mentoring colleagues, connecting specialists across regions and supporting the rollout of portfolio analytics into new booking centres.
  
  Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline; an advanced degree and professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM are preferred.
• Significant experience - 12 or more years - in portfolio management, portfolio analytics or a related financial-services discipline.
• Demonstrable leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing or leading high-performing teams and influencing across regions.
• Strong quantitative analysis, financial modelling and model-validation capabilities, with a sound understanding of investment products, market dynamics and risk management.
• Practical experience with analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL, alongside an understanding of data visualisation and data-quality management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex investment and analytical concepts clearly to technical, business and client-facing audiences.

This is a senior leadership opportunity within Global Advisory, focused on developing innovative analytics, strengthening portfolio-based advice and delivering high-quality solutions for our Private Bank and Wealth/Retail businesses.
