We're now looking for a CMC (Central Maintenance Control) Customer Service Technician A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Leading and supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors within a fast-paced Centralised Maintenance Control environment.
• Managing fleet maintenance, breakdown, and repair requests, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, operational, and available for the business.
• Monitoring KPIs and service levels, driving performance and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions.
• Working closely with engineering, operations, and site teams to resolve issues, improve service standards, and ensure legal compliance.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO This role would suit candidates who have experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Breakdown, fleet maintenance, or vehicle repair coordination.
• Customer service or call centre operations.
• Team leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.
