Club Performance Manager - Woking, Surrey

Take full ownership of a busy gym in Woking as our Club Performance Manager. You'll be the hands-on leader on site, driving sales, retention, team performance, standards, and local marketing execution. Run the gym like your own business - lead your team, hit targets, and create an outstanding member experience.,

• Lead daily operations, maintaining high standards, cleanliness, and H&S compliance
• Manage, motivate, and develop Duty Managers, Sales Advisors, and Personal Trainers
• Drive sales, membership growth, retention, and secondary revenue (PT/upgrades/add-ons)
• Deliver local marketing campaigns, community events, and referral initiatives
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Monitor competition and adapt strategies to keep the gym ahead
• Set and monitor KPIs, membership targets, and performance metrics

• Minimum Level 2 Gym Instruction
