About the Role Mode: 5 Days from Basildon, UK Type: Perm/FTE Responsibilities

• AWS configuration for services like Transfer Family, a small number of EC2s, EFS, etc.
• Helm Charts management taking from lower dev envs and ensuring they work in the uppers.
• ArgoCD daily usage.
• Argo Rollouts implementing blueGreen and canary deployment strategies.
• GitLab CD pipelines build and support upper level pipelines.
• Understand GIT branch strategies in large scale multienvironment implementations.
• Environment builds new client builds.
• Involved with supporting performancechaos testing teams.
• Production release strategies and level 3 support for deployments.
Experience At least 7 years IT experience in large scale, preferably financial environments. Must have at least 4 years DevOps experience with:
• Kubernetes: good kubectl command knowledge.
• Containers: docker and/or podman images stored in Harbor.
• AWS.
• GitLab.
• Linux commands and bash scripting.
• SSL: good understanding of diagnosing connectivity issues.
• Experience of using standard management processes such as incident, change, release, problem, etc.
• Preferably have experience using Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace, Python, Redis, Kafka, HashiCorp Vault secrets management.
