Cloud Network SRE / Cloud Platform Engineer

Job Summary (List Format): Senior Cloud Network SRE / Cloud Platform Engineer
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents in GCP/AWS production environments.
- Perform advanced network diagnostics using tools like tcpdump and packet captures.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, Network Overlays, and Network Segregation.
- Support and manage Kubernetes platforms (GKE/EKS) and related networking components.
- Drive platform reliability through automation, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Lead incident response, problem management, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and cloud-native observability solutions.
- Collaborate on reliability improvements and implement SRE best practices.
- (Preferred) Experience in the banking/financial services sector, Service Mesh (Istio), and relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
- Target roles: Cloud Network Engineer, Network SRE, Cloud Platform Engineer, Kubernetes Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer.
